old time fights on radio

    I have a fairly sizeable collection of OTR boxing matches. I enjoy them quite a bit.

    The thing I love about the radio bouts, is the Max Kellerman pacing of the commentary. It had to be, since you couldn't see what was happening, it had to be explained to you second by second.

    Overlaying old fights with the radio commentary, makes them so much more fun and exciting to watch.

    i love these radio broadcasts...in a way i find more enjoyable than youtube...
    i got a kick out of listening to Dempsey v Tunney, the announcer kept referring to the fighter as "both boys"
