:yep Even in his last bout (six years ago) Sanders managed to drop Bakhtov thrice...and somehow lost on points anyway in a 6-rounder. :huh Olly did also get dropped by Gavern last time... The old man is much "fresher", though, in spite of his own three-year layoff since their last meeting. In the enduing nearly twelve years Oleg is 16-2 (11) with both losses by knockout. Sanders is 0-7 with all but one loss by decision, the stoppage coming in a knockdown-swapping war against then up and comer Touch of Sleep.
Big O by UD. I read Deontay Wilder wanted to fight Maskaev. That would be a big step up for Wilder. Maskev was the same age as Tommy Morrison (44) lets put it that way.
:blood edit: OMG! Corey Sanders... not Corrie Sanders (did they ever meet?). I thought you lost it for a second there IB.
He means this is going to be a black and white night to remember...and that Bonnie Raitt will be there.
i take it back...he will come in at 400 pounds. he was 358 pounds in his last fight 5 years ago when he fought Golota Sanders was 262 pounds what an athlete!
Mask is on a mission to avenge every loss on his resume. Assuming he gets through Sanders he then wants McCall, Tua, Fat Kirk, Whitaker, Peter and Aguilera(?) If Sanders lands it's over, Oleg's punch resistance is gone... GONE.
True, but does Sanders at 38 and with all that rust pack more punch or have more ferociousness and fire in the belly than Gavern, who couldn't finish off the current version of Maskaev? Also, back in 2002, Maskaev was more or less dominating until he got caught late...
sanders will be too damn fat to land a punch. oleg gains his revenge on the 400 pound sanders who hasnt fought since 2007
