Baby Joe was a really good fighter, it's a shame that his career ended the way he did in the fight with Jirov, he was an all action fighter. I think he would KO Maskaev around 7-8 rounds in a banger of a fight.

By 2008 Maskaev was very much an old fighter that was injury prone and ripe for the plucking. Mesi would take this one by knockout or technical knockout. Prime for prime however……that might be a different story. And a highly entertaining brawl!
