I always thought Adonis Stevenson deserved a rematch.
Nail v Pimp 2 is the fight to make.
People will say that Pimp is a bit shot, coming out of a wheelchair and so on.
But Nail isn't exactly a spring chicken either.
Give them both enough preparation and they should be ready to go.

He fought his heart out against Beterbiev but Artur was just on another level. If the fire is back and he is serious he could be back in the top ranks imho.

Will he still be carrying Clenelos jockstrap around - claiming that he would beat everyone in the division?

The Nail was a badass in his prime. He beats Bivol, imo. Too mobile, too quick, too good, too explosive.

He would have smoked Andre Ward and most likely monster Kovalev.

Now he's a pitiful Clenelo cuck.

Well if his goal is to position himself for a big money fight I think he can do that. To be at the top? Doubt it.

    It's financially motivated.

He has sparred with Ramirez and Canelo and probably did very well and held his own (high ring IQ) and thought "If I am as good as these guys, why not fight for millions instead of sparring for a few hundred or a couple of thousand dollars?

Those late rounds against Beterbiev are gonna be the rounds that he remembers when he's under fire against anyone that really comes to get him. I can see him being gun shy if he does come back.

Let him come back, to lose to Bivoll as well.

He is tried & failed. Won't bring excitement to the game.

New blood should arrive, someone who would really threat Beterbiev and Bivol's reigns.

I think he would have/could have beaten Bivol as well. I'm not as certain about Ward and Kovalev, though I suspect he'd best Canelo (if not on the official cards, of course).

He left too early, but a comeback will do him no good at this point.

No, he had good financial opportunities outside of boxing. The Biev beat down just ensured that route

gmurphy once said stevenson never admitted he was bate, and so the feud goes on. i think a rematch is a good idea.
