That game backfired losing a once in a generation opportunity against AJ.

I've hit one of my favorite sparring partners low plenty, and he would likely go Mike Tyson on me if I'd try to convince him it wasn't low because I didn't graze the bottom of his nutsack.

What are you even on about? Facts are it was on the belt line and Dubois was robbed of that opportunity to end it.

Cope with what? That Dubois got ****ed over and this is a black eye for the sport? Sure, ok.

It hasn't made impact yet, that's why it's blurry. This is where it landed.

By the way. Watch this picture. Lennox Lewis' beltline in the Holy 1 fight.

Few inches higher than Usyk's. Actually almost under his chest LOL

No, you're entire argument that Usyk was KO'd is built upon a shitheap of whataboutery. Well if the ref counted him, Usyk probably wouldn't have made the count! Well had Usyk made the count, Dubois would've dropped him again! We don't know now do we? The fact is, it was a low blow, Pabon ruled it a low blow, yes... Usyk milked it a bit too much and that annoyed me as well.

;) How many times did he complain of a low blow in that fight, and how many did anyone think were actually low?

The reason you are seeing messages like those on twitter is because they are casuals who think you have to punch someone right in the nuts for it to be a low blow.

This controversy will probably drag on for months. Going forward though, Dubois looks he won't do anything on the big stage in boxing. He did well in spurts but same issues that he always had and the tendency to quit.

Usyk needs to stay active or call it a day. As he gets older he can't fight 1 fight a year and stay sharp. Also opponents will target that body from now on.

He's not in his prime anymore, but still good enough to be HW Champion.

What bothered me more was the way Usyk responded. Maybe he was that hurt. Maybe not. If it had been declared a legal KD I bet he would have gotten up and made the count. If you noticed he kept looking over to his corner, shaking his head, as if to say he couldn't continue. It appeared to be pure theater. As Warren Buffett (and others) has said, it takes a lifetime to build a reputation. It takes an instance to destroy one. This didn't look good, imo.

Exactly. But, two more good heavyweight matchups tonight.

Dubois didn't exactly deserve a crack or go out on his shield. He is a quitter. I wasn't looking forward to him winning.

But that's a legal shot and he's the new champ just about any other night.
