Not a lot in the first round. Uysk a little bit busier, landed a sharp left uppercut, Murat hit a nice right on the inside

Round 1

Usyk with lead left uppercuts from outside while circling rapidly. Usyk blasting Gassiev with quick 1-1-2s and flinching away from Gassiev's straight counters. Gassiev backhanding some jabs into Usyk's guard but can't get a fix on his target. Light speed pull-counters by Usyk, dribbling Gassiev's own left glove back into his eye socket during the lulls - making Gassiev pay when he does punch first as well as when he doesn't.

Usyk round, comfortable.

Gassiev hasn't started yet, he can't let continue for another couple of rounds, he has had a look but now he has to let his hands go.

 

First was classic The Cat.

 

Couldnt have said it any better. Same song repeated for every event, and same camera panning on audience featuring the drunken louts swaying from side to side screaming and celebrating because they see themselves on the big screen.

Not much the separate them that round, Usyk's movement looking good.
