For those suggesting this shouldn't be stopped as Gassiev hasn't been hurt, his corner is there to protect him. Lacy was never hurt Vs Calzaghe but was mentally ruined by that fight, this will do the same. You have a puncher who hasn't landed more than a handful of punches in 12 rounds against someone who is fitter, faster, smarter. Save him from the embarrassment of 12 rounds of humiliation. Even when they land they have no effect - mentally making him question his power. This is the type of loss that doesn't physically ruin a fighter, but mentally leaves them a mess

Gassiev looks a beaten man here- completely dejected.

His tactics in this fight stunk. He isn’t this bad but the combination of his tactics and usyks skill made this a lop sided UD loss

Usyk is getting bolder, working his way in close and making Gassiev miss his straight rights while teeing off with combos, hooking off the jab, putting together volleys of 6 or 7 punches thrown straight into Gassiev's teeth, just completely tooling him. Gassiev is bowing forward, neck bent, gloves raised protectively into his chin, absorbing what he can and taking big swings with the right hand stepping inside. Usyk is ducking back easily and coming up on straightened knees firing rapidly with straight counters.
