The guy was really nasty towards Usyk, there was no need for that crap, he`s got a pissy attitude to Talksport too, he`s like a big baby.

 

Nope, it's still behind Usyk vs. Fury I (317 pages), Joshua vs. Wallin (281), and Usyk vs. AJ I (233) & II (223).

#5 all-time.

 

Fury had the height advantage, the reach advantage, an over 50 lbs weight advantage. There was a media and boxing industry bias in favor of Belly, and he had a powerful promoter in old Fish Eyes. Fury came in with his shorts under belt up to his nipples, his beard untrimmed (hiding his chin, hairs go into Usyk's eyes during clinches). Belly was rabbit punching, hitting while holding, stiff arming, holding then leaning on Usyk.

He loses on punch stats (CompuBox punches landed) in every category. He loses on the AI scorecard. He loses on all three judges scorecards.

And then Fury cries robbery. Pathetic.

 

Why was AJ v Wallin so popular?

 

Because it was a stacked card.

I gave Fury 9th and Usyk 10th otherwise exact same... the close or very close rounds arent really close... Usyk had to much volume going on

My pops didn't watch the fight live, and since he's 75, he didn't see anything on the internet about it. He comes out to visit for Xmas, and I fire up the fight to (re)watch with him. Immediately she blurts out "Grandpa, Usyk wins again!!!"

Dammit.

Pops had it 7-5 to Usyk. Same as I did. Sometimes we disagree a bit, but this time we agreed on every round. Go figure.

 

I had fury winning that fight. Most of the cards in this thread are simply laughable. People giving 4 and 5 out of the first 5 rounds to Usyk, too busy hugging nuts to properly score ****. Not surprised at all, btw.

 

Fury winning is a bit of a stretch, but less of a stretch than giving him 1-2 rounds. Great fight. Fury acquainted himself well again, but he should have been a better sport after the fact. He really does himself no favors with his behavior and antics. These were both excellent fights that lived up to the billing. Being a sore loser puts a dark cloud over his performance here.
