How am I hating? I'm pointing out excuse making and grasping for straws.

Well firstly Fury isn't making any excuses outside of his one poor remark post fight, and has insisted there was nothing wrong with his camp. What more did you want?

It's a rather redundant exercise though isn't it? If Usyk loses his fans will likely make excuses too. It's boxing. Most Fury fans have given Usyk props for winning and are excited for the rematch.

I pointed out that Fury is not making excuses, except for the shameful Ukraine comment, and that's why mental gymnastics from his fanboys are even more funny. Overtrained, undertrained, both at the same time, mental health, didn't take Usyk seriously. It's simply hilarious how some people are coping with reality.

It's possible that Fury losing has done him a favour. Could be that the ****** is off his back.
I think he's looked scared since the build up to Ngannou and now he has nothing to fear.
His 0 is gone. His belts too. He can take a hunters mindset in stead of the hunted.

It's not really mental gymnastics tbh. As I've outlined before it's possible to overtrain physically while not getting enough technical sparring in. Mental health is a given with Fury, so not really much of an excuse due to his volatility sure. Whether or not he actually took Usyk seriously is up for debate, but I think he did.

I'd say most Fury fans have been relatively humble in comparison to Wilder, AJ and even a minority of Usyk fans tbh.

I'd love to know who the Fury fans are making excuses, bar 1 or 2 trolling

I've said from day 1 usyk won the fight and there are no excuses. I do see some making early excuses in case usyk loses. Talking about how he is old, not near prime and questioning illegal tactics and who is the ref

Usyk won fight 1 and should have had a stoppage.
Actually, think Furys size worked against him. Usyk was always able to hit some kind of target early doors tapping the body later bringing things to the head. Fury couldn't defend everything. He doesn't have the gas tank to match Usyk and I see something similar this time around. Fury was able to lean and rag doll Usyk like some of us suspected he might try to.

What we did see is that the body work from Fury and some unorthodox punches caused Usyk problems. If he rocks Usyk again he has to go for the kill BUT he's been hurt by Usyk and I think that could make him cautious. He has to let his hands go.

This has all the ingredients of a classic. Can’t wait.

and I’d say, so much depends on the ref here. If the ref will allow Fury to grab/maul/lean at will, he may well be able to break Usyk down and stop him. If the ref is strict about that kind of thing? Probably a close fight, with the edge going to Usyk.

although Usyk does seem quite good at stopping guys from doing that to him.

This fights really snuck up on us. 10 days to go, not much hype in the media yet but I expect that'll change next week.

I still can't see Fury winning. I have it 80-20 in Usyks favour

Not much hype? All the boxing YouTubers are talking about it, there were like 3 documentary movies released, two panels etc. Or maybe I am following too many channels, lol.

After attributing his loss to the Ukraine war, at the post fight presser, Fury said he had no excuses ONLY to then immediately contradict himself again and wheel more excuses out.

Clowned too much, could’ve been more serious. . Didn’t get sufficient sparring in due to not wanting to reopen the healing cut. Etc, etc.

He’s been steadily chipping away at his own original claims of an issue free camp, preparations and the early suggestion that he had no excuses.

Basically, BS has been all the band can play.
