Oleksandr Teslenko is a 6'4.5 23 year old Heavyweight with a 3-0 2 KO's record. Born in Chernivtsi, Ukraine and fighting out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Although its almost a cliché at this point with Teslenko being the third Oleksandr in a row coming from Ukraine with potential to be a breakout star, after Usyk and Gvozdyk, but he is. He's very young, while he may have a lot of matches, as far as name wins go he doesn't have the deepest amateur career, 224-23, but I don't that'll matter that much with him, he looks tailor made for the pros. He's more well rounded at 2 fights in than a lot of guys who've been professionals for 10 years, he's a natural. He's methodical, has impressive punch selection and placement, heavy handed, patient, a stiff hard jab, impressive footwork, throws fast combinations, digs a nasty left hook into the body very well, from the looks of it, he's kind of the total package. He might be the future of the Heavyweight division, one Ukrainian falls in Wlad and another rises to potentially take his place. He could falter, but from the little I've seen I think he's the real deal. So we all need to pay close attention to the ascent of this kid, he's exciting, he's well rounded, he's a beast, he's the Cold Wind Blowing From Chernivtsi.:toney:toney:toney:toney

Of all the European prospects(excluding the amateurs), I think Teslenko is one of the few who could make it to world level along with Granat and Christian Lewandowski.

Agree, unlike a lot of the more robotic Euro HW's they have speed and agility going for them that many big ass HW's lack. Especially Oleksandr.

he is up in the european section / i did not know of him until recently

he is very polished and relaxed for a rookie

i am not sure of hi punching power / he carried his fat debut opponent / not sitting down onb anything.

but without doubt he has talent/ taht is obvious /relazed style/great technique/speed /variety

needs to put on muscle and power / so fighters with less skill cannot try to walk through him but he is a genune prospect.

how far he goes to earlt to tell and too many intangibles unknown about him / but he is a fihgter to watch to see how he progresses.

needs to get a bit of devil about him in the pro ring to get money/fan and promoters wanting to match him and make money

he should leave the light taps for the sparring sessions and blow his opponents away if he can / everyone loves a heavy who blows opponents away and are not really intrested in silky smooth ones until they are top 10 fighters.

i think he has a chance / but if he is not exciting he might languish on the shelf / his talent going to waste.

but the man is a natural talent that much is plainly clear .

Pretty close to spot on.:good Although there's nothing wrong with feeling out your opponents for a round or two to get a feel for what they can bring before blowing them out.

Too inactive for a young pro to start out.Best get out of Toronto and in with big time promoters who will keep him busy.

He's fighting Manuel Charr next. Easy win for Teslenko.

It's a walk in the park. Who has Charr ever beat lol? Every time he fights anyone with a pulse he gets beat.. I'd don't understand how he's a known name.. he's a test for no one.
