Yes i do because i don't see any Heavyweights today that are more are more athletic overall it's one thing claiming it where's the evidence of it ? show me an example of Heavyweights being more athletic ? looking at the top 10 Heavyweights currently apart from Usyk and maybe Fury who moves well for his size i don't see any other examples.

And size can be a detriment just look at Zhang for example he has no gas tank after 6 rounds and fades badly in fights.

Well PED's are cheating so i don't think it's fair that one Heavyweight gets an advantage over another because if they were caught with it they would be DQ'ed. So we either have both Heavyweights on PED's or no PED's at all, i'm sure Usyk isn't on PED's so that wouldn't be an issue matching him up with past Heavyweights anyway.

Well i haven't seen anyone claim that but being biased towards modern fighters or being towards past fighters is the same thing agenda driven opinions.

I think Foreman would struggle more vs Usyk as he seemed to have some issues with boxers/movers, but Frazier is a swarmer and that type of style is poison for boxers especially since Usyk doesn't hit hard enough to keep the relentless Frazier off him.

You have to have a balanced view yes some modern fighters would have some advantages due to size but you also have to look at how certain fighters match up stylistic aswell.

The Fury win certainly heightens H2H Usyk i agree but let's wait and see until this weekend though Usyk's reputation could sky rocket or plummet in one night although i'm rooting for Usyk.

Fury himself struggled vs a Cruiserweight sized Steve Cunningham and actually hasn't beaten an elite smaller skillful Heavyweight so this will be a first for Fury also.

    Styles always make fights.

Well it also shows Ali could adapt to a top 10 ranked Southpaw contender and knock him down multiple times and in the end dominate him. I think it would take most fighters time to adjust to a tricky Southpaw.

I mean i could easily say Usyk struggling against Breidis, Chisora, means he couldn't deal with Frazier's pressure. Or Usyk losing the early rounds to Hunter means he'd struggle with Ali.

A fair reflection would be to say Ali would have difficulties with Usyk's Southpaw style, but Usyk would also have trouble with Ali's speed, footwork, athleticism. I'm sure it would be a competitive fight that would go the distance regardless.

But you keep saying this but i've told you Ali also beat plenty of elite fighters the same size of him aswell so Ali has proven himself in that regard that he can beat elite Heavyweights of similar size to Usyk.

How do you define athleticism? Sure there might be fighters in the past who were faster but that's because they were lighter whereas fighters today are heavier, stronger and more explosive. If you watch big fighters in the past they were big but very slow and not nearly as explosive for example fighters like Terrell or Bugner who while as big as modern heavyweight are couldn't move nearly as well nor did hit as hard.
Sure but look at the Klitschko brothers or Lennox Lewis who were masters of using their size to the point smaller fighters couldn't do anything and even Zhang is much more explosive then any "big" fighters in the past.

I think he does hit hard enough to keep Frazier off of him and if Ali could stay off the ropes in their second fight I don't see why Usyk couldn't when he's shown just as good footwork.
Sure I just don't think Frazier has the style to beat Usyk. Usyk has proven he can beat pressure fighters who are larger then Frazier and I don't see how Frazier would be able to do better then Chisora who won 3 rounds max. Frazier hasn't proven he can beat someone like Usyk the closest was Ali who was vulnerable to Frazier left hook something Usyk wouldn't be and personally rewatching the first fight it seems Ali fought a really bad fight by staying on the ropes and not using his movement more. In the second fight he looked a lot better and was able to stay off the ropes.

    Sure fair enough
