Gamboa, officially clean as a whistle and never failed a PED test, but his clinic was investigated and they found notebooks describing the drugs and cycling regimes he and many others were participating in. But did he face any consequences ? Nope.

The notion that everyone is clean until the get caught is obviously false, we don't know anything. This is why trust in athletes should be as thin as a veil, but its up to you
