Joshua being gifted another belt is the best thing that can happen to Usyk. The last thing the haters are going to try to use agains this very special man is, "what great fighter did he beat?"

If Joshua wins another title and has another credible reign, the answer with be Joshua. In 2-3 years, no one will remember the circumstances.

Still pretty lame. Usyks best win will remain Fury imo, unless AJ goes on and clears out the division.

I respect it. But I do think that it will be AJ and Parker competing to take the division. Fury is near done.

It could very well be. I hope we get to see a Parker v AJ rematch soon.

Usyk beating AJ twice is impressive mainly because of the size and age disadvantage and the odds stacked against him.

AJ was never a great fighter. He is simply massive with decent skills for his size, has massive money behind him (explaining his skills, the huge investment in coaching, contrast it with Dave Allen) and was cleverly managed.

He lost to Ruiz Jr who is basically a bum. At the time people talked up Ruiz and expected him to go on and beat all these big names with his 'amazing boxing skills and fast hands'. In reality he scraped by post-forty Arreola and Ortiz. And doesn't have a SINGLE big win outside of AJ, big win meaning a top fighter in their prime.

Fury doesn't 'need' AJ on his record because AJ isn't even close to Usyk in calibre, isn't as dangerous as Wilder was and is inferior to even 38 year-old Wlad.

Many people are finding it difficult to accept that AJ wasn't the hero they thought he was. They are grasping now, pretending if AJ gets more titles because Fury and Usyk and Wilder don't have them anymore that it actually means something.

If AJ gets titles again without having even beaten Fury/Usyk/Wilder, they are meaningless because he failed to defeat even one of the rivals.

Fury beat 2 reigning champions on away soil as the underdog B side. AJ never the underdog gifted and bought every single belt and medal he has. He hasng and cannot beat a real fighter which is why the lesser skilled dubious is still highly likely to chin him on balls alone.

Fury beat one champion - Wladimir Klitschko. If you consider Wilder a champion then you have to consider Charles Martin and Joseph Parker champions too.

AJ beat more Top 10 guys than Fury did, so watch out with this "cannot beat a real fighter" stuff, while Fury is getting outboxed & dropped by a boxing novice who AJ destroyed in 2, lol.

Winner Bivol Vs. Beterbiev could be third.
Just so that "time" doesn't win, if you know what I mean.
