Usyk also fought glowacki in Poland.
If usyk beats gassiev then he would be clearly a top3 p4p. When was the last time a guy beat so much quality opposition in so few fights and all on the road???

Glowacki was top 3 and unbeaten when he fought usyk in his hometown
Usyk goes to America and beats easy mchunu (very awkward and difficult to look good fighter) and hunter then takes out a very credible a little past it huck in Germany and goes on to Latvia to beat a great fighter in breidis in a ****ing great fight. Now he will fight the boogeyman and equally great fighter in gassiev in his home country.
That's my friends plain and simple epic and deserves the utmost respect!!!

Some fighters just have a huge set of plums swinging between their thighs, and they don't need the deck heavily weighted in their favour to significantly increase their chance of winning. Not only aren't these certified warriors unafraid of competing on an even playing field, but they have the stones to compete on one which is stacked against them, some will do this at the drop of a hat time and time again. Usyk is the sport's biggest badass.

It's no secret Saudi Arabia got the tournament because they offered serious money for it. That they didn't come through with the money, like you are suggesting, comes as news though. Do you have any source for that claim?

If this is a cover up to get it staged in Russia then why is Usyk the one with the injury instead of Gassiev?

It’s a theory explaining the latest developments.

There are conmen operating in Saudi Arabia you know. A few ex premier league footballers can tell you all about some money they lost.

    What’s your theory?

All of the Middle Eastern countries talk a big game when it comes to sports and then fail to deliver. Look at the Qatar world cup, it's had more failed promises and boasts than a tinder date.

I remember 7/8 yes ago the UAI Prince was trying to bribe name fighters to the region, tempting promoters with unheard of figures....

These pampered royals need to put the money up front. None of this last minute bs.

"Most likely, I will be ready to fight by the end of June or the start of July, and the fight will not be Russia. Of course, it could take place in Russia, but then the fight would be without Olekandr Usyk," said Usyk to Ukrainian Sport.

It has been confirmed by all parties, including Comosa AG appointed independent medical staff, that Mr Usyk is unavailable for the scheduled date of the event, May 11th. The injury is legit..............
