No. Unless the division plunges into the dark ages.

Medzhidov nearly knocked AJ out with headgear and beat him on points. Medzhidov would be a huge problem for any pro HW and Usyk schooled him with ease and was starting to bust him up a little with light gloves on. Joe Joyce is a big ass Heavyweight 6'5 but he looks 6'6 or 6'7 Usyk dealt with him fairly easily, he stopped Modugno in 2 a 6'6 Italian HW. Oh he's also the Heavyweight Gold Medalist from the 2012 Olympics which is technically kind of Cruiserweight but its not that much of a leap from 200lbs to 201 just ask Mairis Briedis a CW who just brutally KTFOut of Charr quicker and better than Povetkin did and something current Wilder opponent Duhaupas didn't come close to achieving.

IceJohnscully once told me that headgear doesn't protect you. Either you have a good chin, great chin or no chin. The amateurs are the amateurs...the pros are pros. The top fighters pfp lost in the amateurs, some by ko or tko. Berto beat a lot of top guys who are in higher weights. The amateurs is where you learn. That has nothing to do with the pros once that headgear comes off. It doesn't matter who Usyk beat in the AMs. Doesn't mean he will beat them in the pros.

Enough to know that a CW will find it very hard to win the hvw title ala Holyfield. You said right now he has a 50-50 chance of beating Povetkin and Wilder. Foh lol...

WSB isn't really the ams its semi pro sans headgear and the matches are 5 rounders, in actuality Usyk has 14 pro matches. Here watch this match its only 25 minutes and try to see what we see all see. His opponent is a very very good fighter, who is fully capable of beating Wilder right now by KO.

This guy literally moves like a welterweight and hits like a heavyweight. If his chin holds up which early suggestions say it will, there's no reason why he can't become a HW champion.

AJ will take this Ruskie down

I think the Klitschkos will move Usyk up as soon as Wlad retires... I think that is their plan but unfortunately AJ will be there then

Usyk is probably the most dynamic prospect in the game. The way he thinks and sets up his attacks, essentially probing for weaknesses as he surveys your movements. The tactics are so subtle that they escape the eyes of most casual and even some experienced boxing types. There is absolutely no reason, other than agenda to believe his boxing would not carry him extremely well into the HW ranks.

Usyk can do whatever he wants. That's right, whatever he wants.

When and if Usyk hits the heavies, then I'll evaluate his chances. Right now Usyk has little chance of beating Wilder and Povetkin right now.

You're right about Povetkin, but he beats Wilder tomorrow.

Usyk against the x2 and current world amateur champion, Olympic bronze medalist, & European champion Magomedrasul Medzhidov.

    [YT]nzVOygKI_wg[/YT]

Medzhidov would brutally KO Wilder in 30 seconds flat. And let me just clarify exactly what I mean when I use the word brutal in this instance. I mean out cold spread-eagled on the canvas on his back twitching like a dying fish performing its death throes on the side of a riverbank.

This is what Medzhidov did to Vitali Klitschko's nephew Ivan Dychko in the world amateur championships (with pillows on his fists). Dychko had never been off his feet in his life and was known in amateur boxing circles to possess a mandible section forged out of pure titanium, much like his uncle Vitali. In fact, it wasn't exactly top secret that he used to boss his uncle in sparring when still in his mid teens.

    [YT]SbGmRdCHxFo[/YT]

Usyk against the 6'5'' 2012 European bronze medalist Joe Joyce.

    [YT]zuASpmqoJVM[/YT]

Uysk against the huge now 17-0 pro Matteo Modugno

    [YT]yjuDAsMiN0c[/YT]

Usyk against the guy who stopped Anthony Joshua in the European championships

    [YT]wKpbKm_wkFo[/YT]

Uysk schooling the heir apparent to the HW division Joseph Parker. Parker gave Wlad K very good work in sparring and he said Usyk would box rings around Wlad K with ease. He said the difference in speed and skill between Usyk and Wlad was night and day.

    [YT]-pAj93MLKDA[/YT]

Deontay Wilder getting knocked senseless and stopped by a blown up Russian MW. Wilder was literally a punch or two from being on the wrong end of a brutal out cold on the canvas KO loss there. The Russian hurt him everytime he landed a shot. Even some of the ones that missed had him wobbling like a new born giraffe. At one point he Wilder gets hit so hard he does about three or four different styles of dance at the same time. :rofl

    [YT]F2QjTroBo4U[/YT]

Wilder landing a full force left hook on the chin of a puny little schizophrenic who is literally half the size of him. Charlie Z's chin is even more feeble than Wilder's but he still couldn't knock him out despite catching him flush on the sweet spot with every ounce of his might. :rofl

    [YT]zxOweq4oD7M[/YT]

Wilder getting dropped by a 400lb obese walrus who would make the fattest most grotesquely overweight sumo wrestler in all of Japan look like an anorexic teen if he stood alongside them.

I didn't know Usyk fought Parker. I actually thought Parker, not Joshua, was going to be the one to trouble Usyk the most. I'm going to watch right now. Thank you for the info.
