Well I don't even take into account Tyson's stoppages vs Lewis, McBride, Williams, because that was Tyson so far removed from his prime it's utterly irrelevant to this discussion.

Holyfield was very physical and was also bulked up on PEDs so he was very strong in the clinches and nullified Tyson on the inside.

Douglas as I said had the 83 inch reach and whilst Tyson wasn't at his best Douglas fought the fight of his life and that jab was on point hard to nullify an 83 inch jab.

Usyk will be moving using angles and throwing alot punches but he will find it very difficult to stop an ATG pressure fighter. The way to beat Usyk is pressure him as Breidis and Chisora showed I just find it hard to fathom that Usyk can deter Tyson from coming forward.

Usyk doesn’t like it to the body. He’d get stopped.

Tyson is no bigger than todays cruiserweights so Gassievs kayos there are relevant unless you want to throw out Tysons wins on the basis of them being the size of rehydrated cruisers.

Joshua has stopped 3 out of 4 opponents post-Usyk. Among other things he's
    the first to stop Wallin
    he first to stop Povetkin
the first to stop Kevin Johnson
stopped Martin quicker than anyone else

Name a Cruiserweight today that is built like an unit like Tyson i'll wait.

You say pretty much say this all the time that every Heavyweight from the past is the size of Cruiserweight. How is a 220 pound unit like Tyson a Cruiserweight ? He was Cruiserweight sized when he was 14 for crying out loud have a day off.

You're right. I just got sick of all of this "Usyk gets stopped in 1 round lolz" crap, and the refusal by many here to give Usyk any credit on the sole basis that he's a current fighter, and not from a golden age.

Cruisers don't enter the ring at 200, they can rehydrate to 220 plus. Gassievs cruiser opponents would be heavyweights back in the 1980s.

Okolie is the size of Riddick Bowe and he fought at cruiser

I think he just trolls with his answers TBH don't what take what he says too seriously.

Overall though I think Tyson is bad style match up for Usyk I think both Frazier and Tyson are.

But I think Usyk would do better against someone like Louis that's the beauty of stylistic match ups.

Tyson was a Cruiserweight at 14 and was 220 pounds as a Heavyweight hence he's not Cruiserweight sized simple as that.

    Fight nights weights:

    Usyk 208lbs vs Mchunu 206lbs - https://ibb.co/1MTPMbs

    Usyk 207lbs vs Hunter 197.5lbs - https://ibb.co/59D7p4d

Do you have any documented examples of CWs weighing 220lbs+ on fight night?

Tyson, TKO ..... way too fast and hard hitting for Usyk's game.

Sure he is given the numerous instances of fighters rehydrating 20 pounds plus.
We have guys doing it at 160, 168, and 175 so its not believable for me to think cruiserweight would be an exception when we see these weight gains in all 3 divisions below cruiser

I'm not confident the heavies of Tyson's era could even beat the cruiserweights of Usyks era anyway

Tyson could never fight below 200 pounds in his prime and weighed comfortably 220 pounds hence he's not a Cruiserweight I don't know what's so hard to understand about it.

As for the Heavyweights of Tysons era Pinklon Thomas, Tim Witherspoon, Michael Spinks, Tony Tucker, etc. You really wouldn't make them the favourites of the Cruiserweights of today really ? Baffling take.

He could presumably dry out to 200 and then enter the ring 15-20 pound heavier like fighters in other weight divisions.
If you look at Usyks cruiser rehydration weights they are within a few pounds of many top 80s heavies. Holmes at his peak was 210/211
Witherspoon 217, Dokes 216. Holyfield beat Douglas weighing 208 and Moorer took the title from Holyfield at 214.
Okolie would have been considered a big heavyweight in the 1980s

As i said earlier, the Douglas comparison makes no sense. Usyk is obviously a greater fighter than Douglas by far but Buster had a longer reach and was throwing huge multi punch combinations mixed in with big uppercuts from round 1.

Usyk doesn't throw the uppercut vs pressure fighters except ocassionally late in the fight in a sneaky way. If Usyk did throw 5-6 punch combinations early combined with big uppercuts, i would make this a 50-50 fight. But he doesn't. He throws more combinations late in the fight but early on he is reluctant to throw more than a 3 punch combination. This style does not work vs a rampaging faster guy like Tyson.

What part of Tyson was Cruiserweight sized at age 14 did you not understand ?

No Tyson could not "dry out" to 200 pounds in his prime for crying out loud stop beating a dead horse.
