IMO, other than speed, Khan is nothing special.

Khan fans say that Khan's chin won't be a problem, because Floyd isn't a power puncher. Khan's flaws don't end with his chin. He makes amateur mistakes, and is unable to adapt.

 

Sorry to turn this into a rant thread, but Khan's fans also say that he's never been outboxed. Yeah, because Judah, Malignaggi, and Kotelnik are as good as Floyd.

Each of the journeyman he's faced thus far has something a little different to offer.

Today, he's was facing a hard chinned pressure fighter who mighta tested his chin and his resolve.

The fact that he got 7 good rds in, in only his 5th pro fight is a test in itself.

I like his progression thus far.

Beterbiev just had his first real step up fight in his 6th gives Usyk no less than a pass for this one. And Bruwer is arguably better than Saunders who was previously Beterbeivs best opponent.

And from looking at Clouds last 4 fights......Bruwer might be one up on him too, just not in the rankings.

I'd like to see if Usyk would be game to fight Abdoul. A guy who has dragged hard punching HWs into the Championship rds, and has only been stopped by Diablo.
Yeah, Abdoul is a journeyman, but he's something of the Glenn Johnson of the CW division, in that he's fought EVERYBODY, and never disgraced himself agaisnt any of the elite in the HW/CW divisions that he's fought.:think

Usyk just one upped Alexeev......I wonder if he can one up Wlod as well.:think:think:think

 

I saw a really big hole in Usyk's game today that he's not shown me before as a pro and it is of grave concern to me. Very exploitable.
