I would really not expect much more than an exhibition bout from this . Usyk will win and dubois gets a very big payday .

I think it's pretty unlikely. This was at the Ring Magazine award show, which was like 2.5-3 weeks after Usyk Fury 2. His face looked fat at the show, and in interviews, he was referencing enjoying life going to McDonalds with his sons.
His ideal fighting weight is 221-222 and I doubt he would put on lots of muscle for an mma move until he's done with boxing.

I don't know, man. I am not trying to be dismissive or overly optimistic, but In all the videos the last two days, he doesn't look overweight. Given he was wearing baggy clothes, but I'm not seeing it.

It is natural for a heavyweight to put on a couple of pounds as the years go by, and Joe Louis' trainer even told him it is beneficial for the power. I have noticed that he seems to be making the scene at all the big fights, living the life, so to speak. I guess time will tell.

I don't like all of this because Parker was denied a great opportunity, I want Dubois to lose and Parker all the best in his next fight where he will hopefully confirm that he deserves that title fight...

I think we might be able to agree here. I do think he'll look good in the next fight and he'll be in shape as he always is. But I've seen Usyk since his amateur days, and I've never seen him take time off or gain weight, and post Fury 2, he was noticeably heavier. He's been speaking a lot about motivation recently and I also do think that he's at the end of his career desire-wise, which was more or less my original point.
