It depends how you look at the boxer biased on boxer's origin.

If Frazier didn't managed enough fast to close distance vs 30 y.o Usyk he had lost via KO. Sure. Cards didn't had helped there.
The same if vs Dorticos .
Yeah, and if he managed to close distance without getting hurt and keep close fight : then Frazier via KO had won this one.
I don't see how Frazier might beat up prime Huck too. Ohh, yeah. NO.

If vs 30-31 y.o Briedis then Briedis via stoppage. 15 rounder.
If the same age Briedis vs Foreman then I think Foreman.
Briedis 30-31 y.o vs Ali from 60 ies? Ali via UD UD UD most likely. Briedis didn't had managed to hit this version properly and there not worth to attepmt to KO him, too risky. UD UD UD UD UD UD and tired till death Briedis and pretty fresh Ali after 15 rounds.

Difficult to tell because Gassiev in WBSS was pretty young lad and then looks had injuries and some ring rust.
How he might improved, shape he does have. I don't know.

Yeah, Frazier had better gas tank and in some aspects was considerably better.
Unless Usyk had did with him the same as Foreman did with thim until he had closed distance enough.
Usyk is not famous with clinch and close game at all too.

U had lurked how much problems Frazier gave to Ali and how easily Foreman beated him?
Most likely you didn't had even watched these fights with thinking what happens here.
And 30-32 y.o Usyk moved around more fast than Frazier plus is more versatile too.

To the some extent yes but his style is far from Ali's style cos different approach and Ali in 60 ies was more agile than prime Usyk.

If he had managed to close distance before Usyk landed on him and Usyk is productive.
Ali from 60 ies ofc was more agile and faster than prime Usyk. Ali from 70 ies was slower than prime Usyk.

 

Usyk as he was vs the same Whiterspoon was not Usyk's version from WBSS.
This Usyk isn't capable to beat Usyk from WBSS.

No he wasn't. Ali out of his prime took blows from Foreman and Shavers. Ali as far as i can tell he's more durable, Usyk is around the same speed as Ali. Chisora Closed the distance numerous times against Usyk but he gasses and started getting outboxed. Fraizer wont be gassing especially if its scheduled for 12 rounds. He will be continuously coming after Usyk and will be pounding at his torso on the ropes to slow him down. Usyks unique way of making angles will trouble Fraizer in the early rounds but once Fraizer gets smoking and gets into the zone its going to be a beatdown for Usyk. All wrong. However someone like Chisora would give fraizer a lot more problems because Styles make fights.

 

Slower if compare 30 - 32 y.o Usyk vs Ali from 60 ies and Ali had better reflexes too.

Ohh, for Frazier ( btw also for Briedis ) ofc better if fight vs Usyk was 15 rounder not 12 rounder.
Frazier's gas tank better than Briedis tank I think, for him 16 rounds scheduled vs Usyk might look even better.
Frazier had very good gas tank.

There another stuff, he had so called granite head and chin but he paid for this, sadly.
I always wonder why he continued to fight.
