Lol, easier to get away with when you’re the size of a 12 year old.

Lewis never fought a slick southpaw, let alone one as great as Usyk who possesses every attribute and intangible needed to cause him and every other SHW sized giant absolute fits.

Usyk is not going to stand there and let Lewis hit him. Speed, skills, movement, intelligence, slickness, elusiveness etc. causes them all problems.

Lewis might be much bigger and more powerful but he's not going to suddenly morph into being faster, slicker and more agile than the much smaller Usyk

Funny how the rules change, eh? Floyd can use all those attributes and skills to outbox much bigger men but master boxer Usyk can't even though we've seen him do so many times

And I'm talking about a prime Usyk not this version of recent years who is clearly not as fast, fluid, sharp, accurate, and has slower reflexes and reaction times than he used to.

''And Joshua has admitted he cannot enter the rematch using an overly-aggressive approach otherwise he will come unstuck for a second time. “We might have to box, that’s what he (Garcia) said," Joshua revealed during an interview with JD in a teaser of their upcoming ‘Road to Redemption’ video. “It depends what Usyk brings as well. “It’s like trying to swat a fly. You know, because I’m the bigger man, I’m gonna’ go in there and just swat this fly and it is going to die.

"But you know how difficult it is to swat a fly because it moves around a lot and how energy-draining that is.''

    Lewis wins.

Lewis is simply way more talented than AJ, and way more explosive than Fury. Fury got dropped and basically drew with a guy making his pro debut in the fight before Usyk. Those are the two (four) best Usyk wins.

    :deal::deal::deal:

Usyk makes that pseudo intellectual look stupid in there. Probably catches him with a big left and hurts him late.

Usyk UD. There’s a reason lewis never boxed a southpaw and avoided Corrie Sanders.

This is assuming we are talking about PRIME Usyk. There’s one from the Gassiev fight and he’s given a year to put on some weight for this one ;) Then yes… Usyk all the way.

When did Lewis duck and avoid Sanders ?

Sanders was never relevant when Lewis was active.

Sanders was only briefly ranked in the top 10 in 1994 but then fell well down the pecking order after a shocking loss to Nate Tubbs.

Sanders had another opportunity to rebuild himself vs Rahman but lost the fight and hence Rahman got his shot at Lewis instead.

Sanders was never a notable top 10 ranked Heavyweight when Lewis was fighting so I don't know what you are on about.

What was Sanders best win over a notable Heavyweight prior to his upset win over Wladimir ? And there's your answer.

He also thinks Lewis avoided Wladimir Klitschko and sent in Sanders to do his dirty work. Also claims Corrie would outbox and stop '88 Mike Tyson

As for this fight Lewis had a very good weapon against Usyk which is the uppercut.

Fury noticeably hurt Usyk quite badly with the uppercut in their 1st meeting and Fury isn't a puncher despite his size.

If Usyk got hit with those same uppercuts vs Lewis he would be in considerably more trouble as Lewis hits much harder than Fury and is a much better finisher.

Yes Lewis never fought a Southpaw but Lewis was very good at adapting in fights and Is a considerably better Super Heavyweight than Joshua or Fury.

Lewis at his best all day long for me.

It’s a good match up I got Usyk by decision.

I liked Sanders as a fighter he was exciting and talented and I was sad at the way he died.

But he gets alot of mileage out of 1 big win.

Outside of the Wladimir fight Sanders career was very unremarkable his best win outside of Wladimir was probably Al Cole which shows he had a very shallow resume.

Talented fighter but nowhere near proven enough consistently at world level. And to suggest Sanders beats a prime Tyson is ridiculous.

Thanks for the laugh. Usyk struggled with a robot like AJ and sloppy Fury. Lewis beats him handedly and depends which Lewis shows up, could stop him.

yeah but he’s fighting other guys that size. I think the correct read is that he’s got a solid chin and it saved his ass there. I hope his trainer lit him up for that. Im a big fan and would hate to see him lose over some dumb **** like that. He was getting over the top out of control with the showboating there.

I don’t understand how AJ is basically the same as Lewis. They’re the same size and have about the same power. AJ may have the better chin (although this is kind of arguing about which fat girl looks better in a bikini, it ain’t good either way). But skills? Lewis was far more advanced, once he was trained by Steward anyway.

AJ is only 35 though. He could actually come back from his setbacks. He’s a gym rat who lives clean. 35 isnt THAT old for a heavyweight like that.

Did Sanders beat any top 10 Heavyweights when Lewis active ? No.

Was Sanders ranked in the top 10 when Lewis was active ? No.

Did Sanders have a chance of fighting Lewis had he beat Rahman but failed ? Yes.

Sanders can say what he wants the fact is despite his talent he had an unremarkable resume until he beat Wladimir. After that he was semi retired comeback and fought Vitali a year later whilst out of shape and lost and that was his short brief run ended.

Talk is cheap Lewis was the one consistently fighting top contenders and beating them where as Sanders wasn't end of.
