He's taking the punches and hasn't slowed down at all. I don't get concerned when a boxer like Usyk gets backed up, he's too smart to get trapped.

What is wrong with Usyk´s nose? I feel like his footwork has been disappointing, imo.

 

round 5 was big for Usyk. Got Briedis' nose bleeding and landed some big body shots.

Usyk massively outlandong the jab and consistently landing the cleaner punches but still allowing Briedis some success with excessive covering up. Ups the pace to take R5 comfortably though.

Usyk - WOW, basically lets Breidis onto him - weathers an attack and then DOMINATES the round and busts up Breidis who now has a badly damaged nose, then literally dismantles him to the head and body - most clear round yet. Usyk 10-9.

 

But what happens when Joshua or Wilder land a hard right hand on Usyk's chin?

 

Not concerned if he gets backed up by Joshua or Wilder?

 

Excellent fight, what a treat to watch!

 

Usyk’s strongest round. His first clear win in my opinion.

We’ll see if it continues.

 

Usyk will become more and more dangerous, as the fight gets in his final rounds.

It doesnt look good for breidis, tbh.
