Not the worst fight in the world.

I can't really get excited but it is a decent name.

I hope him and Lebedev face off soon. That's a wet dream of a fight.

The exciting thing is Usyk is back so fast. It's awesome that he is staying busy with a pretty good top15 contender. ( P.S. that's how real champion has to act, not like most of the cherry pick champions. )

It's less than three months after Glowacki, so all things considered, it's a very good name. He can still fight March/April next year against Lebedev or similar. Most champions would've taken the rest of the year off or fought someone shocking.

Like I said, it's not the worst fight. The guy was ranked in the top ten 18 month ago.

Not sure how viable alternates were but it will do as a quick turnaround fight.

A dominant showing unofficially solidifies Usyk as the best cruiser.

I really want to see him fight the Gassiev-Lebedev winner afterwards, in my opinion the winner there is clearly the best cruiser for now.

I think if it's not Lebedev , Huck can end his careeer with a loss from Usyk and let the new generation develop and own the division.

Meh, he really needs to fight Lebedev to prove that.

Do you see anyone below Heavyweight beating Usyk IB? I've only paid close attention to him for 18 months and I can't see anyone touching him.

For me Lebedev is still the clear #1 CW based on consistency, longevity and activity.

That would ice the cake, sure, but I already kind of feel like Usyk is #1 and Lebedev #2 h2h as it stands.

    Totally agree.

I also feel Usyk is the clear number 2 based on potential.

I really hope the two fight.
