It's frustrating that Frank has even managed to get Dubois lined up for the fight.

How has he earned the right for to fight for 3 belts?
He was pathetic in his last fight, throwing himself to his knee everytime he saw a punch coming.

Usyk isn't known as a puncher but you can bet he punches a lot harder and more accurate than Dubois last opponent.

Wonder what the odds are for Dubois not coming out of his corner?

Shiiite fight that's been forced on us due to complete and utter corruption from the WBA. It's like Don King is still about stinking up the HW division and bribing his way to getting fighters from the lower echelon of the top 100 lists mando fights. Nothing Usyk can do about it though (no, he shouldn't throw the belt in the bin you retaaard) but just steamroll this clown and get it out of the way.

Ive got the fight not happening to be honest, but if it does im having it. I see it as too early for Dubois to be honest so if I do those behind Dubois will, but hes bigger, probably punches harder and as you say intriguing if not fascinating.

Dubois is getting schooled. This is a complete mismatch and I don't see how people can even argue a case for Dubois.

I would rather watch Whyte v Joshua to be honest it's a lot closer and competetive than this.

I’d much rather watch Usyk vs Dubois. I don’t think anybody here would pick Dubois but it’s still a new and intriguing fight.

AJ vs Shyte has been done before and the outcome of the rematch feels incredibly predictable to me. Shyte is completely washed. AJ uppercut KO nailed on. Spoiler not a prediction.

    I agree with this.

With no disrespect to Dubois, I don't feel he's earned this shot. He lost his only serious fight convincingly and nearly lost his last bout humiliatingly.

The only thing I like about this fight is Usyk's near homecoming. This is the closest to home he will realistically get for the rest of his career now. Having won all his titles in the away corner, he deserves it.

Joshua vs Whyte will be one of two things. Either the confirmation of what we all fear, that Joshua is now too gunshy and pensive to be a force at the top level any more. Or his old foe Whyte will be red rag to the bull, and bring the aggression back out of him. Even as someone who isn't on the Joshua bandwagon, I'm intrigued to know how that one goes.

Dubois Lerena looked fixed and dodgy.
Dubois isn't great at promoting a fight and isn't a big name. If the price is £19.99 or more, I doubt it does even 100,000 PPV buys to be honest. Disappointed that it's PPV to be honest.
At least with Whyte he had wins over Parker, Povetkin, Rivas and Chisora before fighting Fury for the World Title. Dubois hasn't beaten anyone of note.

It's standard Frank Warren matchmaking. Take easy fights and move up the WBO rankings. He is doing the same with David Adeleye. Look with Yarde. Best win over featherfister Lyndon Arthur and has got two world title shots. He did well in both fights to be fair to him, but if he fought a fighter in between those levels he would likely be a lot more prepared. Also with Denzel Bentely. Best win over domestic level Mark Heffron, and is then thrown into a World title shot.
100%. A lot of posters here are saying Joshua is shot and that Whyte is too risky. It will be more competitive than Usyk Dubois.

Although I am interested to watch the fight I 100% agree Dubois shouldn’t be getting a world title shot right now.

I’m also in agreement the fight will bomb on PPV.

On paper this is a mismatch, Dubois hasn't beaten anyone of note to deserve this either. However he's a brit so as much as I like Usyk I'll be cheering him on.
If I was Dubois I'd do the opposite of AJ and go all out for the KO in the first few rounds. He's never gonna win on points but he does have a punchers chance I guess!
I actually expect Usyk to wear Dubois down and eventually get Dubois out of there, maybe a KO but more likely a towel thrown in...

After saying all that I'm actually looking forward to it!!!

It’s a WBA mandatory that’s come because of Dubois winning the WBA regular belt. Nothing to do with the WBO.

Does the winner get to hold the WBA Super and the WBA regular belts, or can Dubois lose this and still refer to himself as a 'world' champion? Serious question. What happened when Povetkin challenged Klitschko?

Anyone else shocked by the odds for this fight?

Usyk is 1/18 at some bookies.

I personally think Dubois has a puncher's chance.

Doubt TNT sell many PPVs at £25 quid a pop. On paper a pointless fight.
