    from what I've read and my dad told me I think Ruben probably was at his real peak around this time. 22 years old in his first defense in front of his countrymen(Inglewood) with a 53-0-1 ledger and 52 ko's. Dad said he could do everything.

    I have always been intrigued had Pimentel and Ruben met a few years before during Jesus peak as he was past his best when then met. Not saying he could have ever beat Olivares, and Ruben could have easily outboxed him but Ruben swarmed and slugged in those days. Would have been interesting.
