    McCall was a great enigma.

Other than his win over Lewis and a brave showing against Bruno, he has little by way of a resume.

His drug problems obviously didn't help him at all...... he will always be remembered for being able to stand in front of a truck and not be knocked over.

Most incredible chin I have ever seen.

His personal demons prevented him from realizing his potential and natural gifts.

World class jaw. He'd dominate today's heavies if he was in his prime and drug free.

Fairly run of the mill except his power is quite good and his chin is just insanely good...Thats the reason for his longevity as a contender.

Would have done well in any era with a beard like that.

They both were incredible but to fight SRR SIX times and never touch the canvas is one of the most amazing feats ever IMO.

Without a doubt Lamotta's held up against a higher class of oppositon...But being able to take everything from a host of heavyweight contenders for over 2 decades is worth a mention.
