It's has happened before...and unfortunately it shall happen again

    Emmanuel Augustus
Nate Campbell (will be changed to NC hopefully)
    Shaun George

McCall shall forever be off this type list, as his chin is too great :!:

Our guest coming up this week is bound to lose again at some point, too, but hopefully not for a long while.

I read that it was a close fight and Oliver is open to a rematch. I think he should move on though, the clock's ticking on his career.

I agree 100%. He can't *****-foot around anymore. No more facing slick "boxer" types such as Gomez (maybe even this guy Lawrence as I did not see the fight). He can't win against these types at his age. He has slowed down greatly. Congrats on the win Oliver, but keep moving on, no rematching guys that could decision you. Here are some pics of the fight:

Charles, OLiver lost the fight , it was a gift , he just didn't have it last night, he looked a bit lost and Lawrence looked busier and first to land.. The style was just too much for Oliver and he has no place in that top ten no more .. And you know how much i love the man Charles.. God bless.. I would have been good and given a draw..

Thank you for the info Bigcat. I am saddened to hear this about Oliver. Despite this recent fight, I will continue to support Oliver's comeback 100%. However, I do truly believe he should avoid a rematch with Lawrence and any other boxer type.

I think the problem may be Lawrence himself. Maybe McCall still have it. I just looked on the pre-fight pictures and one thing that surprised me how relaxed and confident Lawrence. This is when I started worry for Oliver. I think Lawrence just might be pretty good fighter.

No way Fury lasts the distance with any McCall.

You know I noticed that as well. He did seem rather relaxed prefight didn't he? I didn't see the fight, so I can't comment, but this element did interest me. And from what I have read, it seems as though Lawrence got the better of McCall in sparring. That would have really boosted Lawrence's confidence.

Also knowing how focus has never been one of Oliver McCall's strong sets, it's entirely possible he didn't "get up" for this fight and it nearly bit him in the ass.
