Oliver McCall's current legal status: out of jail?

I think hes out of jail. They just put up a huge billboard for the Hard Rock fights near my office. Its got a huge picture of Mcall on it, so I assume hes fighting on the card. I just checked the main jail and hes not listed as an inmate.

 

The infallible (kidding) boxrec does have him listed as fighting there in mid June. This man is 45 years old. We need to see him, Holyfield, Toney and BHOP in a tournament. BHOP always wanted to be a heavyweight champion, I think. And he would be the...WBF...heavyweight Champion maybe.

 

Why do I get the weird, terrible feeling he's going to murder or kidnap someone someday?

 

Nah, hes not that type of guy, just a drug user.

That describes so many boxers it's not really valid evidence supporting a possible murder or kidnapping likelihood.
