Luna boxing well from range, and punishing Gutiérrez with left hooks on the body in multiples when he rushes inside headlong. Gutiérrez keeps trying for a jack-in-the-box hook springing up off bent knees but can't reach Luna with it. Gutiérrez down, ruled a slip although his pate was buzzed with a jab. Right hand by Luna while Gutiérrez is attempting to hold. Combo by Luna, down goes Gutiérrez.

Gutiérrez got pistol-whipped for the first two minutes of the third round, then got rocked badly by an uppercut and was about to be given a count by the ref when his dad jumped on the apron to wave it off and save him.
