I also think Garcia's power is overrated. He's got some good pop and combined with well-timed counters he can put you down, but he's nowhere near the puncher the Khan and Morales fights have depicted him to be. As Earl has correctly pointed out, Khan's china-chinned and Morales is ancient. Sparking them two hardly makes you a knockout artist.

I'll change my mind if he does similar things with durable guys. In fact, if he puts Judah's lights out, then I'll admit he's got serious power. Because Judah, despite being someone who can have his will broken easily, isn't one to get knocked clean out (bar Kosta, of course). Usually, when faced with big punchers, he'll get stopped over an accumulation of shots.

 

can't believe people are completely underrating garcia,ive watched a few of his fights now and he has improved in everyone.I thought khan would muller him at when i 1st saw the morales fight,then i educated myself by watching a few more of his fights and changed my mind.
he is a good boxer with great timing,not the fleetest of foot or fastest of hands,but fast enough,and a good chin as well.
morales,even though over the hill,still good enough to take world class fighters on.

Garcia is massively underrated. He is coming along nicely and is improving with each and every fight. He is maturing and has also gained a lot of self-belief from recent wins. I think he is developing into a good World-Level fighter.

Garcia is being under rated. He has a hell of a left hook and a great chin. Wouldn't suprise me if he edged Matthyse in a war.

 

Let's put it this way, pepole are saying his power is over rated because it took him loads of shots to finish Khan and Morales was over the hill but everyone goes on about Maidana's power yet he could not finish either of them, many feeling he lost to Morales withy a shut eye and basically couldn't KO Khan either with plenty of clean shots.

 

Garcia SD Mattyse imo, might be wrong but I really think Danny is tough enough to take Mattyse's shots and has better boxing. Think he'll KO Judah but it'll be close on the cards.
