    HeY Guys

London 2012 is around the corner and I live really close to the olympic site, getting ready to purchase my tickets. I've been looking forward to this, I just wonder if there is anybody in particular I should keep my eye out for. From any nation.

    Let me know

Alexis Vastine (France). He was clearly robbed of his place in the final in 2008.

Joe ward, Paddy Barnes, Michael Conlan, Darren O Neil and John Joe Nevin are some Irish fighters to look out for at the olympics. All are accomplished amaeurs. And although Ward has yet to qualify a he final qualifier I can see him medaling most definitely. Hes only 18 years old yet has aleady won European gold, two national titles and two world youth golds. He has power, speed, skill and size to boot. He could be a star pro aswell.

Paddy Barnes is one of the most accomplished little men in the sport, having won a bronze medal at the bejing olympics, gold at the Europeans, Commonwealth gold and numerous national titles. Imo he will most certainly medal at London.

Michael Conlan is a another very good young olympic pospect. Hes won two national titles, and really came into his own at the world championships this year. Im thinking he can win a medal also.

John Joe Nevin fought at the 2008 olympics and is a double world championship's medalist and has also won many national titles. He is one of the smartest, most skilful amateurs around, and I think he will medal at London.

Darren O Neil is another very solid fighter. He has medaled at the European championships before and has won many national titles.

We could also have several more Irish olympians, as the final qualifier isnt until another few months. Its looking very good for Ieland though, and I think we can bring home even more boxing medals than the last olympics.

Lomachenko 60kg, Usyk 91, Khytrov 75, all Ukrainians who won Gold at the 2011 Worlds
Berinchyk 64 Ukrainian won Silver at 2011 Worlds (should have been gold)
    Rus Selimov 60
    Kaz Sapiyev 69
    Kaz Dychko 91+

The Lomchenko vs Selimov rubbermatch is probably the most anticipated unfinished trilogy in amateur boxing, i hope it happen at the 12 games
