I'm expecting to see a show with Bunce celebrating their gold medals, when in fact.. both Ogogo and Joshua should've been out by today already.

 

for me it looked like Ukrainian fighter was more aggressive throwing a lot, but most of his punches were blocked by UK boxer. Agogo's counter punches were more accurate and sharper (a specially first round one) So maybe decision after all wasn't that bad.

 

Brits unashamedly milking the fact you can turn a boxing result. Wheres the honour?

 

Yeah I could see how Joshua and Ogogo won their fights. Scoring is very debatable and subject in boxing

I had the scoring exactly the same as the judges.

Ukraine got raped. Maybe they should have done more robberies at that tournament where they bankrupted their own economy

 

I'm a Brit and, while its kind of difficult to admit it, the gb boxers are getting some serious help from the judges. Ogogo and the evans guy both got overly wide decisions in the first round when it seemed like they'd barely scraped it, and it's got worse in the second round when they robbed boxers who actually should have won. Ogogo gave a great effort, but he lost. The other guy did the better work. At least it was close, unlike the Joshua fight which really was terrible. After 2 rounds they were even, but after the third there's no way you couldnt have Savon ahead.

I know the scoring system is **** but it's too much of a coincidence for it to favour the British fighter every time.

this happens in every single amateur boxing tournament. not that i think its right but it just so happens this time GB get the rub of the green. anybody remember some of the decisions in beijing 2008? or the last commonwealth games in delhi? or the last olympic qualifying tournament in turkey where they qualified about 7 or 8 boxers? the hometown fighters always get lucky.
