I’m a big fan of Clarke, he stayed very calm in that situation - very dirty the French fella.

Shame Clarke v Jalalov is on so early tomorrow morning.

if anyone can post up a YouTube link or other link to the full fight after it happens with no spoilers in the link that would be class.

What an effort from Galal Yafai, maybe he's the most talented out of his brothers.

I'm assuming Yafai is Somalian. Never seen a decent somalian boxer before.

Surprised with Mccormack. Thought he was was a cert to win. Looked tired in the final, Iglesias was sharper. Still a good achievement to win silver though.

Don't think there's any maybe about it personally. Think he's a few levels clear of even Kal, let alone Gamal

The Cuban never looked like losing the fight against McCormack. Should also have scored a knockdown which he wasn't given.

    Clarke stopped on cuts.

    Whittaker outboxed, not active enough.

Whitaker flicking jabs out and missing - Woodhall raving about his brilliant jab. Losing the fight and coasting as though he is winning it.

Woodhall is a terrible co-commentator on the Olympics. Way too biased. Sticking to a narrative that hes come up with before the fight and, seemingly, being a bit naive with regard to how amateur boxing works. Be thankful really that he isnt part of Matchroom FC. Hed be insufferable.
