An Olympic medal can usually only be won once in a lifetime if you're lucky (and very, very good). Multiple gold medals is the stuff of legend. ABC trinkets - even in multiples - are often borne by the merely ordinary.

I used to think a title. but a gold medal winner is always remembered, and the way championships change hands now, it cannot be as much as a gold medal. Beating a legit title holder with 5 or more defenses might be different. Look how Morales just won a title without having to fight the best guy at 140
