Olympic hopeful Tony Losey killed

    Toney Losey,22, a top amatuer and ranked third in the U.S at 152 pounds was killed when he was crushed by a 6 ton steel tank that he was sandblasting fell on him.

    His trainer said he was aiming for the Olympics. Happened Tuesday in Kansas.

    So they had a tank hoisted and the hoist failed causing him to be crushed?? People should not go like that, somewhere a fail safe failed or was neglected, terrible.
