Just looking for more info really. Anyone who does Olympic lifting best way to start ect. For a while now iv been including 1 max strength session per week and one explosive strength session. Its taken and adapted (alot) from rosstrainings stuff. And well basically its time for a change. For my max strength i want to really focus on getting the basics right squats dead lift, iv also been doing dumbbell bench presses and might start training the standard bench press. I dont want to complicate it until i have adequate strength The explosive strength day uses alot of dumbbell split snatches ect and basic complex training pairs. But i was considering changing it for Olympic lifts. Mainly because it sounds very interesting. Basically im after any advice where to start and how to start training it. Or while we are on it any sort of explosive training advice. Pretend i know nothing ( always a good place to start :good) Cheers in advance
