    Joke, AIBA are corrupt ****s, if I was a top am like Ward or Smith id turn pro straight away, all that hard work and dedication ruined because of some horrible greedy corrupt ***** who probably never laced on a pair of gloves in his life.

    Ye i agree cant see how you would ever want to stay in the amateur system after being on the end of that sort of treatment. Much better to get in the pro game and forge your own path. Not that the pro game is devoid of politics/dodgy decisions.

    The AIBA are a joke. These guys have put in years of hard work to have the opportunity to fight at the Olympics and then that gets taken away by corruption

    Unreal the amount of Turks on the podium. I havn't watched an international amateur boxing tournament in a while, and I forgot how ridiculous the scoring in. It's ****ing impossible.
