Is everyone else going crazy over the scoring? I am seeing countless punches landing, and no points scored. Watching Andrade getting held and hit. And then the ref warns him for use of his head??? I was ready to hit my T.V. with a left hook! Seems as though the judges thumbs are stuck and they are NOT hitting their buttons. They don`t seem to want to score a point for jabs either. Our guys better throw 100 punches a round to make sure they seal the deal...

It's always been like this. You basically get no credit for jabs, hooks, or body shots. Straight right hands that land flush with the white part of the glove might get credit. Cul Keth against Jinjung (?) was good match, although again, robbery in my eyes.

This whole ****i'n olympic boxing sucks . . . all the judges are BLIND NOOBS . . . it has been that way since I started watching Olympics 24 years ago . . . it always leads to frustration . . . so I stopped watching boxing and concentrate on swimming, athletics, judo and Tae kwando.

that's because the judges are looking for clean flushed punches. if it hits or deflects off the opponent's gloves and still hits his face, its not counted... that's amateur boxing for you
