Probably earlier on the card, starting between 4 am & 5 am EST. My guess is directly after Murata vs. Nicklow (the show opener, I assume) wraps up.

"All of those being for world titles doesn't make them meaningful. They're all showcase mismatches with insanely long betting odds." --IntentionalButt

Why do you care so much about the undercard if they're such mismatches with long betting odds?

TV card at 9am UK time
TV not show Linares unless other fight finish quickly, Murata make promise to finish Nicklow earlier for reason
Naoya 1/12 favourite for his fight
    Linares 1/9 favourite
    Yaegashi 4/9 favourite

According to local paper fights shown in China, Mexico, Argentina, Venezuela and USA. Not bee. Told what channel. Maybe Venezuelan show Linares?

Guevara only 106.5lbs on scale, maybe problem?

Wait, so Murata promised to dispose of Nicklow in a hurry to do Linares a favor and get him airtime? That's ****ing hilarious.

If I was Nicklow I'd be ape****.

 I am interested not only in the undercard of this one, but in both of the Wednesday cards as well. I'm just not as interested as I am in Narváez vs. Inoue, for obvious reasons, nor is any other knowledgeable fan. This whole argument started with you latching onto a comparative statement and quoting it without context. Relative to Narváez vs. Inoue, none of the other remaining fights on the calendar matter. That doesn't mean I won't be watching them. It means relative to Narváez vs. Inoue, they are not as big a deal. Hence my original statement that it was the last really big, important fight left in the year, going on in that same post to deliver a brief nod of acknowledgement to both of the other Japanese cards on NYE while still maintaining that neither approaches the significance of the main event on Tuesday.

Your :stir act is boring. :stfu, :drama

That what he say. It almost as funny as Narvaez say he better than Locche and Monzon, and Perez say he stop Uchiyama inside 5. A lot of big talk. Jimenez talk a lot too. Jimenez very annoying.

Well, Kono is the "low-hanging fruit" of all the favorites - the easiest to chat trash about, given his record and Cinderella Man status (when he knocked out Singwancha it was a big shock...he wasn't supposed to have any chance to become champion at the age of 32 anymore...let alone twice since then...) - but really Jimenez is nobody to speak on that. Jimenez sports exactly as many losses as Kono and his record is otherwise 20-0-3 (10) compared with Kono's 30-0 (13). Plus Kono has better wins and less embarrassing losses.

I love how he's attempting to point out how much of a poser you are, because you're not willing to attach the same level of significance to the other matches as you do Narvaez Inoue, all the while trying his hardest to bolster his own cred as the uber boxing geek on the site by pretending they're more important than they actually are. He's attempting to take you out in a boxing nerd coup d'état.:patsch Its funny as f***.

I always have trouble with Japanese card times, let me try to get this right.... The card is starting in just under 7 hours? Any idea when the Inoe fight will be at?
