    Round 10

Figueroa Jr. is feathering away, rowing both arms in all over DeMarco. Nice combinations in counter by DeMarco, taking an extra step to create distance and set them up. DeMarco lands a low blow and Figueroa Jr. is badly affected by it, giving lots of time for recovery (more than is ultimately left on the clock when the ref calls time in)

    10-9 DeMarco

    98-92 Figueroa Jr.

It's not a bad fight, it just seems lackluster cause it's so one sided.

    Round 11

Figueroa Jr. swarming but losing steam. Figueroa Jr. is hurt by a few left hands! DeMarco is doling out damage with his long 1-2 and getting clasped around the chest as Figueroa Jr. worms his way in. Figueroa Jr. is caught by a left hand between the eyes while reaching up with a jab from too far out. DeMarco is still on the ropes, but is folding his arms over his chest and sticking his elbows out into Figueroa Jr. to leverage him off and then landing combinations on the face, hurting Figueroa Jr. multiple times. Figueroa Jr. is practically diving all over the ring with his upper body in reaction to DeMarco's shots, but always snaps upright again.

    10-9 DeMarco

    107-102 Figueroa Jr.

Wow. Demarco really hammered Figueroa in that round.

That said, I don't think I've ever seen a sequence like that where two guys had their hands up, leaning on each other, neither was clinching the other, and they just leaned in on each other for about 15 seconds and didn't throw anything.

    Round 12

Figueroa Jr. is hooking the body and encircling his arms over DeMarco's middle. Nice triple southpaw jab by DeMarco, flush on the face. DeMarco whacks him upside the head with a right hook as Figueroa Jr. is bending over. Figueroa Jr. is gassed. DeMarco is knocking Figueroa Jr. back with every left hand he throws. Figueroa Jr. tries answering back with solo lead rights, blasting up at DeMarco's chin, but is seeing many of them blocked and the ones that land don't affect DeMarco the way DeMarco's lefts affect Figueroa Jr., getting no-sold. DeMarco putting it on Figueroa Jr. in the final moments.

    10-9 DeMarco

    116-112 Figueroa Jr.
