    Wow Did not see that coming 154 prospect Omar OH Henry has given up boxing for mma and just finished training camp for his first bout. Really dissapointed as i was expecting him to be great really im in utter shock its on his fb

    :blood ****ing weird.

    He helped Nick Diaz out as a sparring partner in preparation for Diaz's last MMA match this past Saturday.

    Now Diaz is talking about ditching MMA for boxing...and now this. They trained together and then decided to swap sports? :?

    i didn't think he would get far anyway, he was acting like a superstar waayy before he did anything.

    i'd like to know where he got the money to live in vegas and drive lambos with the fights he had?

    He was working with Nick Diaz for his last fight against Daley. Diaz gave props to Omar with helping him with his boxing (which Diaz is probably the best boxer in MMA at this point)...I'm sure Diaz was helping Omar in return with his overall MMA training. Good luck to Omar. He could have been a very good boxer....but he could be a great MMA fighter. Possibly a very good move for him. He has a good wrestling background if I'm not mistaken and MMA is growning. I think he has more potential to be a BIGGER MMA star than a boxing star.

    I'm interested to see what both Diaz and Henry can do swapping sports like this.

    One of these guys could be the first legit crossover.
