Wow what on earth happened to Overeem? Hasnt anyone else noticed how big he is?!?!?!?! The guys traps are huge! When he find time to put on that much muscle? And what was that weird shadow on Hari`s back?

Hari is supposed to be an elite level K-1 striker. He got knocked out by an MMA fighter, but one who is considered to a good striker for MMA.

Oveereem seems to be improving tremendously, accept for getting Ko'd by Kharitonov.

K-1 striking is wildly overrated. Last night just reaffirmed what iv thought the past couple of years. K-1 is a joke filled with 2nd rate fighters.

There are some great fighters in K-1 Max and I really enjoy guys like Corbett, Spong etc. Thailand and the Dutch have some great friggin fighters.

But K-1 has always been sketchy. These guys just arent very good and it made Overeem whos a solid striker look alot better than he is.

At least I know that boxing operates on a much higher skill level than K-1 because what you saw last night would never happen in a boxing ring. Hari was considered the #2 HW in the world and he looked like he never stepped foot in the ring in his life. And his hands looked terrible. This would be the equivalent of an MMA fighter going into Boxing and beating like Wlad. LOL.

I'll go on record and claim that MMA fighters arguably have better hands than K-1 level strikers. In fact I know they do.

With that said I dont think their is any doubt that Overeem is a juicer. That guy looked lie a bodybuilder last night. Hes absolutely huge and you're talking about a guy who fought at 205.

12 months ago, he weighed in at 224lbs against Paul Buentello, against Mark Hunt about 6 months ago he weighed in at 240lbs, yesterday he weighed in at 254lbs.

Is it possible to put 30lbs of weight on in 12 months without some errr....added help?

Its possible providing lifting and eating was all he was doing. The CV required to fight would negate alot of the gains he would have made weightwise. You can bet your life Overeem is on hormones. 30lbs of musculature isnt possible when you train to fight at the same time.

The size diffrential is too great for that to be natural. Looking at his size weight and muscular development all of which has happened within a year means he must have been on something. He used to make 205. I weigh 242 and theres no way id make 205 and im 5 inches shorter than Overeem. The physics simply dont add up.

I've been an avid lifter of weights for many, many years, and I've dabbled in a million different training programs, different nutrition, and a fair number of supplements. I have zero doubt that Overeem hit the juice hard in the last year. The only way to even come close to adding that much muscle in a year is by going on a huge bulk, which means eating tons of calories and adding considerable amounts of fat too. 30 pounds in one year with no change in bodyfat? Yeah, the juice he drinks ain't OJ or grape.

Bingo. You can see his BF has gone up but not by much. His muscular development is simply too much. A good course of Dbol will allow you to gain a stone in less than a month.

Dimwit. Iv not read a post from you that contains anything of any merit whatsoever. I mean you allude that he`ll have an enlarged heart from hormone abuse? Your either incredibly stupid or just a village idiot. And for the record numbnut im not on gear and i have a full head of hair. Guess what even guys on hormones can have a full head of hair. But you know that already right?

Alistair Overeem says his management are in talks with both the UFC and Affliction.

“My management is in negotiations now, I might visit the UFC in Ireland on January 17th,” he told DreamFighters.com

He added: “My management has been in contact with Affliction as well as the UFC... I am a fighter and I concentrate on fighting.”
