Some certain fans were baying for Kovalevs blood when he sent out that tweet, when it was just a joke. He lost a lot of fans which is ridiculous. Now they can't even mention his name lol.

Although stevenson going to Russia would be a very admirable thing to do. Kovalev always goes to his opponents backwards.

 

I don't think Kovalev meant anything by it. I doubt he understands or even knows the history of it. So while I feel it was bad, I, personally, forgave him for it. I don't think he's racist at all.

 

Yeh he's not a racist. If you dislike him because he's said a few disrespectful things post fight and generally acts like a mean ****er then that's understandable. Lol
His meanness and brutal no holds barred finishing abilities, make me more of a fan. I prefer a genuine badass to a fake **** talker who never backs it up.
