I would say it is good a solid 7.5

BUT currently I would say his boxing skill which gives him the ability to deliver it is about 4

 

I'd give it an 8. He has genuine power.

the issue with bellew is he rates himself at 10/10 in power.

 

at domestic level its about an 8, at world level it may drop a few points though

Bellew has power no doubt, but is it any more p4p than say Mitchell? whom is seen as a boxer rather than Brawler yet Tony is known as a banger. Can't fathom that one.

The sad thing you are probably right which categorises so many of our domestic fighters sub par in terms of power or at least a decent enough dig to gain somebodys respect at a decent level :-(
