On a scale of 1-10, rate Michael Spinks' punching power

    8 seems like a fair shake.

    Lest not forget about the old doozy of punching power and punching effectiveness; Spinks probably falls in the middle of that one with his crunching crosses and devilishly crisp uppercuts.

    What is admirable about such a puncher is their versatility; Spinks could rip a left uppercut just as well as he could a right.

    I gave him a 9, and I think anyone who gave him less than 8 is thinking to much of Spinks at HW and not LHW. I do not recall the opponents name off the top of my head, but I once saw Micheal lift a mans feet a good 3-4 inches off the canvass with an uppercut to the chin. Now THAT is power!
