ye pretty much the same here,only difference is when i started i paid 25 for 8 Lessons/ Month and when they saw me very dedicated a coach picked me up and trains me everyday
Guess double a fitness gym. I say you ask what the lifetime membership and if it is less than two years? Pay it!
I dunno what fitness gyms cost. I've always gone to powerlifting gyms (cause fitness gyms are for cardio bunnies and nothing more).
It's true though. I can get just as much cardio work, plus some very good powerlifting in at other types of gyms.
Cute, but a fitness gym is any gym where there is cardio and weight lifting equipment and not a fight gym, i.e., a gym. So unless you go to a dungeon of a gym, the rule would apply.
£4 a session here in east london 2 rings, 8 bags, loads of free weights and up to date machines, also loads of old school machines. Also amateur room with a ring loads of small bags running machines etc. Good Value, good atmosphere, also a cafe that also gives you the healthy option as well.
