    Got to go with Penn too. Probably the most naturally talented MMA Fighter of all time, backed down from no one, and on his day was unstoppable

    I'd say both Sherk and Florian were better lightweights than Sanchez. Hughes was a bit past his best when he fought GSP, I think his subsequent performances show that. Hughes was a better fighter in 03/04 than he was by 06/07.

    Sure, I'd agree that Florian and Sherk are better than Diego, but I also don't think Penn looked as impressive against Sherk or Florian as he did against Diego.

    Penn at his LW best for me, he was probably as good as anyone ever was at any weight (not on a consistent/greatness basis but on a h2h/peak performance basis.)

    gsp. at his best he is a near perfect fighter. bj never had much by way of kicks or wrestling. gsp is the total package

    Neither fight was close. Penn poked him in the eye and clipped his nose. That's it.

    GSP, easily.

    Penn obviously had the more devastating wins during his reign, though.

    You've got a terrible understanding of MMA if this is really your answer to the question as set. In fact, it goes beyond that, you don't really have much of an understanding about combat sports nor even a decent grasp of English comprehension if this is really your response to this question. :-(
