Cotto's going to need to fight the way he did at 140. If he tries to outbox Mayweather he won't win a single ****ing minute. And I think that's exactly what is going to happen.

The good thing is that Cotto really has his confidence back now since he got his revenge against Tony. I can't wait to see this more confident Cotto with these sharper skills in action.

Floyd cant handle the thought of defeat, he would be a mental wreck. Having to deal with that while in prison would ruin him.

there's a ****er in here who said cotto is underrated on his recent fights. that post was made days after he signed a fight with floyd.

another one posted that cotto is a real monster at 154, and he was useless at 147.

Some members of this forum devote their whole lives to defending their favorite fighter on esb. From the moment they wake up, before after and during breakfast, lunch, dinner and sex(hand of course:hi:they need the other one to type). Crazy,Deluded, irrational, non glove lacing, fat turds. I had a guy tell me the other day, he didnt have to actually have any real boxing experience in order to know the effects of making weight.

A loss for Floyd would be good for the sport. I just don't see it happening in this fight. Hoe I'm wrong though.

I'm giving Cotto a very decent chance of defeating Floyd.. "If" Cotto can hurt Floyd early then he could KO Floyd in the later rounds.. As long as the "if" don't happen it would be Floyd all night long.. :hey

    Can't see it.

Never thought Cotto would beat Floyd, and the Margo- and Pacquiao-leftover Cotto certainly isn't going to do so, IMO.

Cotto has a shot and I could see a stoppage for Cotto. PBF has that prison stint on his mind and he will slip. Also, if a ref hater sees PBF hurt, he might stop the fight prematurely. Can you see it, PBF loses and goes to prison. The world awaits PBF's return for the rematch. Arum would move heaven and hell to do a rematch before PBF can land. Cotto will make a ton of money and everyone will be entertained and excited for these bouts. Easy posters, I have not had my coffee yet.
