It's late and almost time for bed. I didn't know you could control what happens in your wet dreams, tasco.

Mosley was more of a combination puncher in his earlier days and a great finisher, but ever since he moved back down to welterweight from jr. middle he hasn't been the same. He was simply matching Floyd speedwise the first 2 rounds and the first straight right hand stunned Floyd, in no way did he get him off balance, Floyd got caught by a simple 1-2 combination, and then Mosley followed by another 1-2, but the second right that really hurt Floyd and almost dropped him was the right hook. Hooks are great because for the most part your opponent doesn't see them coming, but since they take longer to load up on it's wise to setup with a jab at least. Credit to Mosley for the good combination and credit to Floyd for taking such a massive shot and clinging on which is what your supposed to do and many fighters don't know how to do when they're in trouble. Floyd recuperated and fought back bravely, but it was a golden opportunity for Mosley and he failed to capitalize on it. He ended up respecting Floyd way to much and got lured into fighting Floyd's fight.

You guys are demented. How could you not see that he was still severly affected by Mosley's shots. Floyd still hadn't got his legs back completely at the start of the third. That's what so impressive about it. He was clearly still rattled early in the third yet he was pressing the fight and winning the round. He needs to be given credit for this.

People affected or severely affected by punches dont fight like that. So he was not severely affected, thats the least i can say or if did then it did not show.:thumbsup

Yeah he went to the body and really had Floyd hurt. He was shaky for the rest of the round as well. He just couldn't pull the trigger after that, which in large was due to Mayweather.

With a minute left to go in the round mayweather legs had already fully recovered.

Very good point. Even Hoya was on his feet to cheer Shane up when he landed those right hands and buckled Floyd's knees. Actually Shane went down there to the sides but somehow he was not committing much on landing hard clean bodyshots... Guess he was worried on landing on the body and closing the distance so that he wouldn't get countered upstairs as fast. Opposite to what Nazim told him to do, he should have kept on pounding Mayweather with big shots instead of letting his arms loose and fighting behind speed... He only went downstairs effectively and the way I saw it very late with that left hook to the body.

he was badly dazed, his legs went stiff and towards the end of the round 2 he seemed to have regained his composure.

Floyd held on to Mosley's hands (a defensive technique) and Mosley couldnt punch. He has already said he will tie Pacquiao up so expect a good beating of the 'Fighter of the Decade & Undisputed Catchweight King'

Credit floyd for being smart. Right after he got tagged with that big right hand from shane, he's able to lock mosley's right hand by his arms. that's why mosley wasn't able to follow up with another right.
