    :good

Was it considered an eliminator? IB can explain it better, but unless a title is on the line (a relevant one - referring to the below quote) or the bout is an eliminator for a ranking/title, the bout doesn't have to be 12 rounds.

I thought like everyone else that it was a 12. I also though most trinket belts are 12 too. But whatever. It's over now.

:conf I thought it was 12, but thinking back, I can't remember it ever being advertised as a 12 rounder. I don't fully understand how most of those bull**** titles work. Not sure if 'intercontinental' titles are fought over 12 or not.

Being that he was pretty brutally and comprehensively stopped in 5, it wouldn't matter if the fight was changed at the last minute to 8 rounds.

One more round and Chisora would have started getting to Haye, Haye looked exhausted and that panicked look was starting to show on his face, the same look he had in the Thompson and Klitschko fights.

That said, fair play to him for pulling that shot out of the bag when he had to.

Haye would **** him up again if they fought. I would like to see Haye against Fury or Price.

:deal This. Don't understand why people are whining about it being changed from 12 to 10....Haye made it irrelevant. Did anyone really WANT to see a decision anyway? :huh

I'd probably pick DelBoy to win a rematch too, but Haye brought his A game and all the conditions were right for him to blast Del outta there.

My only hope, being a fan of Derek's, is that he will finally start fighting on the Clevel again, and put together some confidence building wins before he jumps over his head against the elite. :-(

This has to be one the dumbest threads I've seen in a while...The ref had no barring on how the fight played out!

The **** you read on ESB at times is crazy!:verysad

Dereck can't handle David's speed. It's the one thing he was worried about, he was sparring with Nathan Cleverly to try and adjust.

A rematch will only be more of the same, David's hand speed is probably the fastest in the heavyweight division.
