Have you seen the state of Meldrick Taylor these days? Jermaine is on a fast track to that state if he keeps fighting.

Froch's style was always gonna get found out and he needs to make technical changes.

Pascal threw away his chance of winning by going toe to toe. Taylor nearly got him but Carls intangiables saved the day. Dirrel threw away his chance of winning by being so negative. Mikkel Kessler had the intangiables to back up his superior technical ability.

Froch has impressive chin, heart, stamina etc so he should always be able to hang with the best. If it wasn't for his intangiables he'd be a domestic fighter.

:good He's a ****ing good fighter - it's laughable the lack of respect Froch gets on here (general mainly) 90% of the time.

No doubt he'll be loving this. "I've already beaten the no.1 guy in the weight class above mine." I'd expect to hear something like that soon.

    :thumbsup

Needs to be properly respected, wonder if any historians can dig up some UK fighter having 5 fights in a row tougher than Frochs current run.

I dont give Froch extra credit for Pascal pefromances. Pascal was green when he came over and hadn fought anybody worth spitting on, save for Kingsley Ikeke

If they fought again and he won that would be a different matter, but Pascal would deal with him comfortably imo

I think thats harsh on Froch. He wasn't exactly blessed with experience at world level himself. It was his first world title shot, and had faced the likes of Magee and a shot Robin Reid. They certainly weren't miles apart
